Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales. The candidate must have proven expertise in selling residential flats, handling client interactions, and achieving sales targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation:
- Promote and sell residential flats to prospective clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels including digital platforms, referrals, and field marketing.
- Client Handling & Relationship Management:
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable property options.
- Conduct site visits and explain property details effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close property sales successfully.
- Ensure timely completion of sales transactions and documentation.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Keep updated on current market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in real estate sales (mandatory).
- Proven track record in selling flats and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
