Job Description:
Classic Learn is hiring Admission Support Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role requires managing student admissions through outbound calls, guiding them with course details, and ensuring successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150+ outbound calls daily to potential students and parents.
- Achieve a minimum of 2 sales per day consistently.
- Maintain a minimum talk time of 2.5 hours daily.
- Provide detailed information about Classic Learn’s courses and admission process.
- Maintain proper call records, daily reports, and sales tracking.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (Housewives not applicable).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office.
- Fresher or candidate with 0–1 year of experience in telesales/education sales may apply.
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
- Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Week Off: Every Monday (fixed)
