About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing team across online platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Amazon, Flipkart, and Google Business. This role requires someone who is not only good at follow-ups and communication but also proactive in maintaining stock updates, handling inquiries, and building new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inquiries on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Flipkart, Amazon, and other platforms
- Regularly update product listings and stock availability across all platforms
- Follow up with existing leads and nurture potential clients through calls, emails, and messages
- Reach out to new clients via email or phone to introduce the company and take orders
- Assist in creating product listings, uploading images, and writing basic product descriptions
- Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse team to maintain accurate in-house stock records
- Monitor online performance and suggest improvements
- Support marketing team with basic admin tasks, email marketing, and communication campaigns
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce support or sales coordination
- Proficiency in Excel, email drafting, and communication tools
- Basic knowledge of IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Flipkart, Amazon Seller Panel is a plus
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong follow-up skills and a disciplined work approach
- Organized, responsible, and quick to learn
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily follow-ups

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
