Barista / All-Rounder – Brews & Beyond
We are looking for a passionate and organised Barista / All-Rounder to be part of our café team. The role involves preparing beverages, assisting with food service, ensuring excellent customer experience, and supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items
- Ensure a warm and welcoming customer experience
- Assist in stock handling and basic inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and café ambience
- Support café events, promotions, and new initiatives
Requirements
- Prior café/barista/F&B experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Enthusiasm for coffee, food, and customer service
- Basic knowledge of café equipment and POS systems
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to take on multiple roles and responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
