Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and issues
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and empathy
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling)
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
Working Time :
9 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
