Role Description
The purpose of this role is to provide support across the FNZ Head of Market Data.
This role requires you to understand Market Data sourcing and support in the day-to-day duties.
This is a key role that will allow you to build and grow your knowledge of FNZ and the Market Data along with supporting the company with its objectives to continually grow and develop the company in all areas.
Having a proactive Value add attitude and well driven attitude for consistency and well governed controls is essential in succeeding in the role.
This will play a key part in the growth and success of FNZ’s global business.
This role will report directly to the Global head of Market Data and Financial performance and requires attention to detail and a strong personality with great communication skills to ensure a high standards and consistency.
Organisational Design
This Role will report to the Global head of Market Data and Financial performance within FNZ.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Managing the global procurement process for new and existing cost spend approval
- Support sourcing 3rd party services required for new and existing client requests
- Manage 3rd party schedule of recharges to clients and ensure invoiced in timely manner
- Assisting in managing market data suppliers and service reviews
- Supporting the Global head of Market Data and Financial performance in day-to-day sourcing activities
- Helping to create and keep up to date policy documentation
- Assist with developing global supplier relationships that will deliver global benefits and efficiencies.
- Analysis and reporting of data and costs to various levels of the business
Experience Required
- Experience in a procurement or market data role
- Intermediate to advance level of Microsoft Excel.
- Very good interpersonal skills. This role will involve liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident individual able to manage their own workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a high-performance team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
