Arcedior is looking for a dynamic and proactive Sourcing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, good at communication, and have strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing new products and vendors.
- Conduct online research to find potential suppliers and product options.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement.
- Maintain and update sourcing data in Excel and internal databases.
- Support negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best pricing and terms.
- Coordinate with the team to manage procurement processes and vendor relations.
- Stay updated on market trends and sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills – written and verbal.
- Internet-friendly – comfortable with online research and digital tools.
- Proficient in MS Excel – basic data handling and reporting.
- Strong negotiation skills – ability to interact with vendors confidently.
- Eager to learn and grow in the sourcing and procurement domain.
