Designation / Position: Machine Operator / Production Technician
Job Description:
Leading Engineering Company is seeking freshers or experienced operators to join its dynamic team. Selected candidates will undergo training at the Palghar, Maharashtra factory before transitioning to the Halol plant. During the training period, the company will provide lodging and meals during the training period.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines used in copper processing, such as wire drawing, annealing, and extrusion.
- Conduct checks on processed copper products to ensure adherence to electrical industry standards.
- Manage raw copper materials, ensuring proper feeding into machines to maintain production efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols, particularly those related to electrical hazards and machinery operation.
- Work with the manufacturing team to improve operational efficiency and meet output targets.
- Maintain production logs and report machine issues to supervisors promptly.
