We are looking for a motivated and skilled SPM Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or academic background in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) manufacturing or operation, and working knowledge of press tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain SPM machines as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and conduct routine checks to ensure efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Work with press tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures in manufacturing processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: ITI / Diploma / Polytechnic in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.
- Experience: 0 to 8 years (candidates with relevant experience in SPM machine operation/manufacturing will be preferred).
- Languages: English and Hindi (both required for communication on the shop floor and with team members).
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing processes.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
