Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients or prospects.
- Research target audiences, industries, and decision-makers based on campaign requirements.
- Craft personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools.
- Track and report on campaign performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to align outreach strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation or business development.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, messaging etiquette, and connection-building strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
- Access to a computer/laptop with a stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a virtual assistant, sales, or marketing support role.
