Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Monitor food preparation and production to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service.
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP or local regulations).
- Manage stock and inventory; assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
- Train, coach, and schedule kitchen team members.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions.
- Work with Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to implement menu changes, specials, and seasonal offerings.
- Handle conflicts, absences, and performance issues among staff professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist with preparing meals during peak hours or when understaffed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
