We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our café team in Koramangala. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of food, maintain cleanliness, and support kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic food prep and cooking under the guidance of the chef
- Handle kitchen cleaning duties including dishes, counters, and equipment
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
- Help with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Plate dishes neatly and ensure timely service during rush hours
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain kitchen discipline
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior kitchen or F&B experience preferred (but not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
