Roles & responsibilities
·Act as a trusted partner, conceptualize and ideate effective interventions to elevate people experience including short term and long-term vision ·Actively work towards building trusted relationships with stakeholders ·Conduct market intelligence and suggest suitable and effective initiatives relevant to our culture and need from a People Experience point of view ·Work with HR Business Partners on various initiatives across the country. Ensure a standardized people experience across locations ·Execute a smooth listening strategy. Work with various stakeholders and HRBPs for execution and subsequent action planning ·Invest in establishing a robust monitoring and governance structure by maintaining data, dashboards, and effective reporting ·Manage the budget of the CoE and monitor the spend monthly ·Support PEx partnership with key external vendor partners – vendor management and roll-out of firm-wide campaigns ·Support the Encore program – marketing, analysis and reporting of data ·Maintain the Share Point site for the CoE to ensure that all pertinent information is accessible on a real-time basisEducational qualifications
•Postgraduate - in Human Resources preferableWork experience
•Minimum 4 years of experience across different facets of HR •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Ability to collaborate and work with stakeholders across levels and teams
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Proficiency in working with MS Excel and strong hold on analysis of data.
