Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in the Learning module to support the implementation and optimization of enterprise learning management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and deploying SuccessFactors Learning, with a strong understanding of corporate training processes, compliance tracking, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) based on client requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
• Design and manage learning items, curricula, programs, assignment profiles, and user roles.
• Support integration with SAP HCM, Employee Central, and third-party content providers.
• Perform system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-go-live support and assist in change requests and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless learning operations.
• Ensure compliance with learning regulations and audit requirements.
• Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and new features related to Learning.
Required Skills:
• 4–7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3 years in the Learning module.
• Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors LMS components.
• Understanding of learning workflows, compliance tracking, and reporting.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic knowledge of SAP CPI.
• Familiarity with SCORM/AICC content standards and third-party content integration.
Preferred Skills:
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification.
• Exposure to other modules like Performance & Goals or Employee Central.
• Experience with SAP Enable Now or SAP Work Zone for learning delivery.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and mobile learning best practices.
