How You’ll Make an Impact
Requirement Gathering: Work with team members, users, and analysts to identify business needs and translate them into actionable user stories.
Product Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in collaboration with technical and design teams.
Collaborator Communication: Serve as a liaison between collaborators and the development team to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
User Story Creation: Write clear user stories with measurable outcomes and present them for team estimation and implementation.
Sprint Planning and Review: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, supporting the team in understanding priorities.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to define test cases and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
Market and User Research: Support market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research to guide product decisions.
Documentation: Maintain updated documentation of requirements, user stories, and product changes.
Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze feedback to drive product improvements and future iterations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in product management, business analysis, or software development (internships/entry-level roles acceptable).
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
- Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO) is a plus but not required.
- Exposure to UX/UI design and user-centered practices.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis or BI tools.

In the central Digital Products and Solutions (DPS) organization, our Software Application and Engineering department is responsible for developing software solutions for both internal and external customers.
In DPS, our software products already cover a wide range of categories, and we see many opportunities for growth: Asset Performance Management, Energy Management, Asset Monitoring, Asset Health Prediction, Customer Portal & AI-assisted Applications, Connectivity & Edge, Backend Core / Domain / Platform Services, and Professional Services.
