Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design & Leadership:Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Define architectural principles, patterns, and standards.
- Cloud-Native Development:Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory).
- Microservices & API Development:Develop and maintain robust microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
- Technical Guidance & Mentorship:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring code quality, adherence to standards, and effective problem-solving.
- Performance Optimization & Scalability:Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance throughput, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Security & Compliance:Implement robust security measures, ensure secure coding practices, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:
