Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identifying potential customers and new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
- Needs Analysis:Understanding client requirements and business challenges to offer suitable technology solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Demos:Presenting and demonstrating IT products, services, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Technical Guidance:Explaining complex technical features and functionalities of products and services to customers.
- Contract Negotiation:Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts to close sales.
- Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- After-Sales Support:Providing follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or issues.
