About Kaizen Partners
Kaizen Partners is a global investment banking platform focused on growth-stage capital solutions across India and beyond. We advise founders and boards on equity fundraising (seed to late growth), structured solutions, and strategic financing across fintech/BFSI and adjacent high-growth sectors.
Role Mission
Be the deal velocity engine for our equity mandates, source qualified investors, run fast and compliant processes, and convert interest into signed term sheets. If you’re well-networked in the equity ecosystem and love the chase, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
· Deal Sourcing & Investor Development
o Build and maintain a curated network of VC/PE funds, family offices, strategic investors, and venture debt funds with a bias towards the ecosystems.
o Own warm outreach and calendar: targeted emails/WhatsApp/LI, partner mapping, and senior-level introductions.
· Mandate Execution
o Create investor longlists/shortlists, outreach cadences, and meeting packs; maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho/HubSpot).
o Draft teasers, investment highlights, and contribute to IMs; maintain data rooms (DocSend/Drive) with version control.
o Drive diligence workstreams: commercial/financial/legal checklists; coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and company teams.
o Track and close process actions, Q&A logs, follow-ups, site visits, and term‑sheet negotiation support.
· Analytics & Storytelling
o Build quick financial models (3‑statement, unit economics, cohort views); run comps (trading/transaction) and sanity checks.
o Convert raw data into sharp investor narratives and crisp board updates.
· Market Intelligence
o Monitor sector flows, fund theses, and recent transactions; publish internal notes on who is investing in what and why.
· Compliance & Process Rigor
o Uphold confidentiality, NDAs, MNPI controls; ensure materials align with applicable SEBI/Companies Act norms and best practices.
What Success Looks Like (30/60/90 Days)
· 30 Days: Live work on 2–3 mandates; investor map ready for each; ≥90% CRM hygiene; first wave of warm connects scheduled.

· 90 Days: ≥1–2 advanced diligences running; visible TS pipeline progress; founder and investor feedback consistently “strong”.
Specific numeric targets/quotas will be finalized during onboarding based on active mandates and cycle timing.
