Job Description: International Voice Process (Healthcare)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an International Voice Process professional within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and a minimum of 1 year of experience handling international calls, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent support, resolving queries, and assisting customers with their healthcare-related needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
- Provide clear and concise information about healthcare services and procedures.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the healthcare domain is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts.
