Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration leader to
join our team. You will be responsible for leading the integration team and
driving the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of integration
solutions between our SaaS products and various third-party applications,
platforms, and services. This is a senior level role that requires technical
expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage and scale integration
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the overall
integration strategy for the company’s SaaS products.
- Lead the development of integration
roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical
requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
(Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success) to identify
integration opportunities that enhance customer experience and business
value.
Team Management & Development:
- Lead, and mentor a high-performing
integration team that supports technical integration, API management, and
related activities.
- Foster a collaborative environment,
ensuring the team’s success in achieving both technical and business
objectives.
Integration Design & Execution:
- Ensure integrations meet customer needs,
adhere to best practices, and comply with security, data privacy, and
regulatory standards.
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with customers, customer
success teams, and sales teams to understand customer integration needs
and ensure successful deployments.
- Manage complex customer integration
projects and deliverables while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and guidance
for customers’ integration challenges.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in
integration technologies, SaaS architectures, and industry best practices.
- Champion innovation in integration
technologies and propose new solutions to improve integration performance
and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers
and Engineers to ensure integration requirements are considered in product
development.
- Drive the communication and coordination
across teams to ensure smooth integration releases and customer
implementations.
Requirements:
· - Proven experience
working in SaaS environments with a deep understanding of integration
technologies and best practices.
· - Experience from
Supply Chain or Logistics domain.
- Exhibit
excellent attention to detail, quality, and compliance.
- Succeed
in a dynamic, changing environment, rapidly assimilating and applying new
information.
· - Ability to drive technical decisions and
provide strategic guidance.
· - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and
analytical skills.
· - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
· - Experience and
knowledge of Supply Chain would be an added advantage.
