- Manage the insurance desk operations for inpatient and outpatient cases.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for pre-authorization and final approval.
- Guide patients and attendants through the insurance claim process.
- Collect, verify, and maintain all patient insurance documents.
- Prepare and submit insurance claim forms in a timely manner.
- Maintain daily and monthly MIS reports of insurance claims and settlements.
- Resolve queries from patients, attendants, and TPAs regarding claim status.
- Ensure compliance with insurance and hospital policies.
