Organic Mandya is looking for Inside Sales Agents with experience in subscription sales and corporate sales. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-centric mindset to drive sales and build long-term relationships. This role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into loyal subscribers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
● Subscription Sales: Pitch and sell Organic Mandya’s subscription plans to individuals and businesses.
● Corporate Sales: Engage with corporate clients, present proposals, and close deals for bulk or recurring orders.
● Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
● Follow-ups & Negotiation: Persuade potential customers, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
● CRM & Reporting: Maintain and update sales records, track leads, and provide reports on performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, subscription sales, or corporate sales.
● Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
● Sales Skills: Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals efficiently.
● Customer Focused: Passionate about providing the best customer experience.
● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and sales tracking software.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in FMCG, organic food, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
● Prior experience in handling B2B sales or corporate partnerships.
