The proposed candidate must be well versed with Robotic Application
development, in partnership with hardware product vendors.
Must have hands on experience in scaled programs for clients, both
as part of smart manufacturing plant environments as well as in the
case of warehouse management, Supply chain off-site work
environments etc.
Strong technical background, and good understanding of domain
applications across industries will be required.
Expertise in robotics systems, automation, and advanced
manufacturing processes.
Proven track record in designing and implementing industrial robotic
solutions.
Experience in developing new Robotic solution, products and
Platforms.
Experience in managing robotics projects in industries such as
Transportation, automotive, manufacturing, Retail, Banking, etc.
Familiarity with emerging technologies like Gen AI, machine learning,
and IoT in robotics.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
Ability to mentor and upskill team members.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced
environment.
Good-to-Have
Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) and autonomous
mobile robots (AMRs).
Hands-on experience with simulation tools and digital twins for
robotics.
Exposure to multidisciplinary teams, including electrical, mechanical,
and software engineering.
Strong Communication skills
Research contributions or publications in robotics innovation.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 It will involve responsibility of POC development, partner evaluation & selection, advisory services to
customers and scaled project deployment.
2 The role is a strategic capability, will report into the Head of Connected Services.
3 Responsible for developing the new business area in Robotics.
4 Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality robotic solutions.
5 Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for industrial robotics projects.
6 Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from conceptualization to implementation.
7 Drive innovation in robotics technologies, staying ahead of industry trends.
8 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
9 Ensure adherence to global compliance standards for all robotics projects.
10 Provide technical guidance and risk management for complex robotics challenges.
11 Establish training programs to build organizational expertise in robotics.
12 Act as a thought leader, representing the organization in industry forums and conferences.
