Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian sweets such as laddu, jalebi, gulab jamun, barfi, rasgulla, mysore pak, badusha, kesari, payasam, and more, fresh every day
- Maintain consistent taste, texture, and presentation of sweets
- Manage daily sweet production based on customer demand and orders
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area
- Assist in inventory management for ingredients related to sweet preparation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management for menu planning and innovation
