Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy all assigned areas (e.g., bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, kitchens, public areas).
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; dust furniture and fixtures.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Empty trash bins and restock cleaning supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest requests or complaints in a professional manner (for hospitality roles).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks (e.g., lifting, standing, bending).
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
