- Provide and deploy adequate manpower as per the contract value and client requirements.
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across assigned areas/sites.
- Allocate duties and monitor performance of housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Train and guide staff on cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety procedures.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and request replenishment as required.
- Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and manage staff attendance.
- Address and resolve staff or client complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, staff performance, and site conditions.
- Coordinate with management and clients to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
