Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and well-spoken Help Desk Executive to act as a central point of contact between our clients and internal departments. This role involves managing client interactions, ensuring smooth communication flow, and supporting overall service coordination. The candidate should be fluent in English and Malayalam, with knowledge of Hindi and Tamil considered an added benefit. A pleasant attitude, clarity in speech, and the ability to handle conversations with care and efficiency are key qualities we’re looking for
Duties/ Responsibilities
- Attend all inbound client calls and respond with accuracy and courtesy
- Follow up on missed calls and ensure timely client communication
- Understand client queries and redirect them to the appropriate department
- Coordinate effectively with Processing, Grievance, and Sales teams
- Maintain proper call records and update query status regularly
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional and empathetic interaction
- Handle basic troubleshooting and service-related information sharing
- Maintain a calm and polite tone under pressure
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory
- Working knowledge of Hindi and Tamil will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused and patient in handling queries
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using phone/email communication tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Previous experience in a call center, help desk, or client-facing role preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
