Hiring Front Desk Executive at Orane International!
Location: Batala (Punjab)
Experience Required: 1-2 years as a receptionist or FDE
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Handle outgoing calls to clients and potential customers for business purposes
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
