Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate creative video ideas based on audience interests and trends.
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos to deliver high-quality content.
- Manage video uploads with SEO-friendly.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to grow audience engagement.
- Respond to comments and interact with viewers to build community.
- Collaborate with team members or brands for sponsored content.
- Monitor analytics to track performance and improve content strategies.
- Stay updated on YouTube trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Key Skills :
- Must have atleast 1 year of experience in the same domain.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong storytelling and content development skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO for YouTube metadata optimization.
- Creativity and the ability to adapt to trends.
- Basic camera operation and video production techniques.
- Graphic design for thumbnails and social media posts.
- Understanding of audience engagement strategies.
- Analytical mindset to interpret channel performance data.
- Experience in some NGO will be extra plus
