Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Create high-quality designs for social media posts, ads, website banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines.
- Video Editing:
- Edit and produce promotional videos, tutorials, reels, and other marketing content.
- Add animations, captions, and effects to enhance video quality.
- Social Media Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower base.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Collaboration & Branding:
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all media.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of photography/videography is a plus.
