We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 4-6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency who has a proven track record in social media design and creating visually compelling digital content. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in designing unique creatives, reels, carousels, and videos while managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Conceptualisation & Design Execution
- Design engaging, high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, website graphics, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop reels, carousels, motion graphics, and short-form videos to enhance brand storytelling.
- Ensure brand consistency across different platforms while maintaining a fresh and innovative approach to visual communication.
- Ideate and execute visually appealing Instagram/Facebook posts, LinkedIn carousels, banner ads, YouTube thumbnails, and infographics.
- Stay updated with social media trends and create designs that align with audience engagement strategies.
AI & Tech-Driven Design Innovation
- Use Generative AI tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, etc.) to enhance creative workflows and speed up design processes.
- Implement AI-powered techniques to generate concepts, automate design elements, and optimise creative efficiency.
- Explore new AI-based design trends and tools to push the boundaries of creativity.
Multibrand Management & Project Execution
- Work on multiple brand accounts simultaneously, ensuring each brand maintains its unique identity while adhering to client expectations.
- Coordinate with the social media, marketing, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of creative assets.
- Adapt creatives based on audience insights, A/B testing results, and performance analytics.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visuals while managing tight deadlines across multiple projects.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Create eye-catching animated videos, promotional videos, and explainer clips for social media and digital campaigns.
- Develop motion graphics and GIFs to boost engagement on digital platforms.
- Edit short-form video content (reels, YouTube shorts, campaign teasers) with transitions, text animations, and effects.
Collaboration & Strategy Alignment
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure creative alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Translate marketing insights into visually impactful creatives that drive engagement and conversion.
- Brainstorm with the team to come up with creative campaign ideas, trend-based visuals, and interactive content.
- Suggest new design formats, styles, and innovative presentation techniques for digital marketing.
Key Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
✔ 4-6 years of graphic design experience in a digital marketing agency.
✔ Expertise in social media design (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
✔ Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, unique branding, and storytelling through design.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
✔ Experience in video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
✔ Knowledge of Generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, Stable Diffusion).
✔ Ability to work on multiple brands/accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
✔ Understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, colour theory, and layout aesthetics.
✔ Strong grasp of design trends, animation techniques, and AI-driven content creation.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of 3D design tools (CAD, Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
· Experience in website design, landing pages, and e-commerce banners.
· Understanding of brand storytelling and digital marketing strategies.
· Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with multiple deadlines.
