About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Google Ads Executive to join our growing team at Fx Retina. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-budget lead generation campaigns and optimizing them for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads lead generation campaigns
- Manage ad budgets between ₹1 Lakh – ₹2 Lakh/month per client
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and Analytics
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, best practices, and policy changes
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality ad creatives
Requirements:
- Agency experience: 1 – 1.5 years (must be currently working or have recent experience in a digital marketing agency)
- Proven track record of managing high-budget lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS metrics
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Industry experience in Real Estate, Healthcare, or Education preferred
