- Qualification - MBA in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management
- Oversee and manage the hospital’s daily operations, including clinical, administrative, and support services.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, statutory requirements, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
- Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with department heads, medical staff, and support teams for smooth inter-departmental functioning.
- Plan and execute strategic growth initiatives, infrastructure development, and service expansions.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality across all hospital services.
- Oversee HR activities including recruitment, training, and performance management for hospital staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including vendors, government authorities, and the local community.
