Expected things to do:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; respond to inquiries when appropriate.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue entry passes, and coordinate security protocols.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and conference calls.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document handling.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and flow of information.
- Assist HR and Admin teams in onboarding, event coordination, and general office management tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and uphold Vaishali Pharma’s values at all times.
