Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and well-spoken Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients/visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage appointment bookings and coordinate with doctors.
- Answer incoming calls and address queries courteously.
- Maintain patient records and ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Guide patients with registration and consultation process.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and decorum of the reception area.
- Provide courteous assistance and ensure excellent patient experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
