- Serves as a front-line representative for the dealership.
- Greeting customers as they enter the showroom, answers basic inquiries and directs them to the appropriate Person.
- Handling customer queries and resolving them
- Maintaining a database of the customers' contact information on the iPad.
- Taking feedback from customers
- Maintain visitor records and daily customer walk-in reports.
- Pleasant personality with customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality (experience in automobile industry preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
