Full job description Reception & Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls. Handle visitor check-ins, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials. Administrative Support: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, couriers, and packages. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist with basic data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and document handling. Schedule appointments and assist in booking meeting rooms. Support the admin team with day-to-day office operations. Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, delivery personnel, and maintenance staff. Provide basic information to clients, guests, and employees as required. Support internal teams by relaying messages and managing office communications. Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain contact lists, attendance registers, and administrative records. Update notice boards and circulate internal communications as needed. Required Skills & Qualities: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and a pleasant, courteous demeanor. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.).
