We are seeking a well-spoken, organized, and responsible Male Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Hapinus Care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate services
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule/reschedule appointments
- Maintain daily appointment logs and ensure timely updates in the clinic software
- Manage patient registration, file records, and ensure confidentiality
- Handle billing, invoice generation, and payment collection with accuracy
- Support therapists and administrative staff with front desk coordination
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area
- Monitor the waiting area and ensure a calm, welcoming environment for clients
- Handle walk-ins and emergencies tactfully and efficiently
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, feedback, or documentation as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front office executive, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam
- Presentable, courteous, and empathetic in dealing with children and families
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional attitude with attention to detail and punctuality
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with clinic management or appointment scheduling software
- Ability to handle administrative tasks with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work on weekends or extended hours, if needed
