- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable, polite, professional, and well-organized.
- Age: 20 to 35 years
- Gender: Female
- Punctual and good at time management.
