We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive impression and delivering exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Provide accurate information to callers and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling appointments as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Uphold security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges when required.
- Handle inquiries and requests from employees regarding administrative issues.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
