About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Front Office Executive to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact at Leapstart School of Technology. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and can handle administrative duties with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, students, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage and route incoming calls and messages efficiently
- Maintain visitor records and monitor front office traffic
- Support day-to-day administrative operations and coordination
- Ensure front desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable
- Assist in scheduling meetings, student appointments, and handling basic inquiries
- Coordinate courier/parcel services and manage front-desk inventory
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Freshers with a BHM (Hotel Management) background are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
- Working knowledge of MS Office and email tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
