Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive cum Back Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing reception duties while also supporting the back-office operations. This dual role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:Front Desk / Reception Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take and relay messages promptly.
- Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Back Office Support
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and files.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance teams.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support other departments in administrative and clerical tasks.
- Handle basic data entry, record-keeping, and follow-ups.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and a courteous attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Administration/Commerce/Management).
- Fluency in English and local language.
