Key Responsibilities:
- Manage check-ins, visitor logs, access control, and ID verification
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to space bookings, services, and events
- Provide basic information about available plans, pricing, and amenities
- Coordinate with community managers and housekeeping for timely resolution of member issues
- Maintain front office area aesthetics (tidy, branded, and organized)
- Assist with event coordination, including checklists, refreshments, and guest handling
- Track and manage deliveries, courier dispatches, and lost & found
- Monitor meeting room usage and help clients with bookings
- Maintain stock of office supplies, refreshments, and printed materials
- Support backend admin tasks like issuing invoices or managing CRM updates
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command over spoken and written English and Hindi
- Tech-savvy – comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Web, CRM systems
- Friendly, well-groomed, and presentable at all times
- Multi-tasking ability and calmness under pressure
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Knowledge of coworking industry operations is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
