Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to all walk-in guests, candidates, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming queries (calls, emails, and WhatsApp) and provide accurate program information.
- Convert prospective leads into enrolled students by explaining the institute’s programs effectively.
- Maintain registration records, documentation, and front office data management.
- Coordinate candidate follow-ups, appointment bookings, and admission processes.
- Provide a polished, welcoming environment that reflects our institute’s international standards.
Who We're Looking For:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable with a smart and elegant appearance.
- Prior experience in hospitality, aviation, or education front office roles is a plus.
- Ability to handle student inquiries and convert them into admissions
