Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in inquiries
- Daily 80 to 100 new sales calls required (Lead provided by us)
- Record and maintain accurate data of walk-in clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients
- Guide clients to appropriate counselors based on their needs
- Provide general administrative support, including scanning documents and coordinating courier services
- Conduct follow-up calls with walk-in clients and IELTS students and record the same
- Track IELTS faculty schedules and student progress
- Maintain and update Excel sheets for Canadian colleges and universities
- Perform follow-up calls with clients as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualification & Skills:
- Graduation in any specialization is compulsory
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel & Word, Mail Drafting is must
