Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of calls, emails, and client interactions.
- Support office administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Present information professionally in meetings or over calls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Female candidate, fresher or with up to 1 year of experience.
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
- Good listening skills and polite telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (or pursuing final year).
