Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities
through various channels.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to
potential clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales
targets.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new
opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales
strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or
exceeding targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Leadership (for Managerial Roles): Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate
a sales team.
