What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will work directly with the Founder to drive critical projects, optimize business operations, and ensure strategic alignment across the agency. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is intellectually curious, and wants to be exposed to all aspects of running a creative business.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Executive Support
- Work under the direct guidance of the Founder to execute key business priorities and high-impact projects.
Contract & Documentation Management
- Draft, review, and maintain client contracts, NDAs, proposals, SOWs, and other key business documents.
- Coordinate with legal or external advisors when needed for documentation review.
- Ensure timely updates and accurate record-keeping of all client and internal documents.
Team & Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise between the Founder and internal teams (creative, strategy, account management) to ensure clear communication and task follow-through.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, tracking deliverables, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and collaborators as required.
Internal Operations & Documentation
- Organize and maintain internal documentation including SOPs, templates, reports, and project trackers.
- Assist in onboarding processes, updating internal systems, and supporting internal communication.
- Help develop and refine processes that improve internal efficiency and knowledge management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, consulting, executive assistance, or agency environments.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Clear, professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, or other project management/documentation tools.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve independently.
- A genuine interest in branding, design, and the creative industry is a strong plus.
