The Food & Beverage (F&B) Captain will play a vital role in ensuring that the service standards in a restaurant or any dining establishment are met and exceeded. They will be responsible for essentially for leading the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and guide restaurant staff in daily operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Take and manage reservations, assign tables, and maintain smooth table turnover.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Train new staff and ensure ongoing compliance with service standards.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
