Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Controller to lead our finance team at our Bhandup location. The ideal candidate should be a CA-qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setup. Strong expertise in SAP and team management is essential.

Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings).
- Monitor internal controls and develop processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis to senior management.
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely deliverables and professional development.
- Coordinate and manage external audits and internal audit requirements.
- Manage cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements.
- Implement and optimize SAP processes to enhance financial reporting and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules preferred)
- Excellent team leadership and people management skills
- In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling
